The new Financial Manager will be Anneli Albäck, who most recently held a similar position at Bonnier Fastigheter AB. Anneli will be responsible for the finance team in Stockholm. She took on her role in mid-August, replacing the previous Financial Manager who left the company just before the summer.

Intea is further reinforcing the finance team by adding three new employees. Klara Jebsen and Marie Sandgren have been hired as company accountants, while Johanna Lundström will take on the role of Group Accounting Manager. Klara previously worked as a company accountant at Logistea, and Marie Sandgren held a similar role at Holmströmgruppen. Johanna Lundström comes from Amblin, where she worked on consolidation and reporting for several real estate companies.

“As the company grows, the need to strengthen the central finance function increases. All four new employees have extensive and broad experience in the real estate industry and finance and will be valuable additions to our organization”, says Magnus Ekström, CFO.

Klara Jebsen and Marie Sandgren started their positions in early September, and Johanna Lundström will join by February 2025 at the latest.

Ellen Hjelmgren, who previously worked at Svefa AB as a senior project manager in Transactions, has joined the project team. Ellen will be working on transactions, business development, and early-stage project management. She started her position in mid-August.

“The company operates in an expanding market and has a project portfolio with several projects in the startup phase. Ellen, with her extensive and broad experience in business development and transactions, will be a great asset to the company” says Peter Jacobsson, Head of Business Development and Projects.
